As a Solutions Analyst III within the DISTRIBUTED LEDGER TECHNOLOGIES team, you will aid in bridging the gap between product owners, business, operations, and software developers by leveraging your technical fluency and strong analytical reasoning skills. Your responsibilities will include eliciting and documenting business and data flow requirements, translating them into well-structured and technically feasible solutions. Your adaptability and ability to lead through change will enable you to navigate complex situations and manage dependencies effectively. With a strong foundation in data analytics and technical solutions, you will contribute to the development of innovative architecture designs and data-driven insights that guide business decisions. Your excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, will ensure clear and concise information exchange with diverse stakeholder audiences, fostering collaboration and alignment across departments.

Job responsibilities

Creates user stories with very clear description and greater level of detail including input and output fields, different use cases, leveraging techniques like spec by example, Gherkin syntax, or other structured specification approaches Maintains a groomed, healthy, and prioritized product backlog (for at least 2 sprints), enabling teams to pick up stories efficiently and effectively Involves in User engagement, process & workflow analysis, and data analysis are essential elements in our design process. The role will have significant connectivity with upstream data providers and directly with bankers, our primary customers. Engages with Architect and tech leads to ensure that requirements are sufficiently communicated enabling technical design, estimation, and build. Creates activity flow diagrams for different use cases, including clear segregation of functionality and suggested communication protocols between different bounded contexts  Maps functional requirements to components, enabling a common solution design across the platform

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Formal training or certification on Business Analysis concepts and 3+ years applied experience Experience in managing senior business stakeholders in global context Well versed with JIRA or similar agile project management software creating stories, tracking story progress, etc. Basic understanding of key technology concepts like async communication (messaging) vs sync communication (RESTful, GraphQL, Hands on experience in the functional design of complex enterprise systems A commercial mind-set to deliver short, medium, and long-term strategies to achieve sustained efficiency; an innovative thought process; focus on simplification Ability to work collaboratively in teams and develop meaningful relationships to achieve common goals

  Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Experience in Blockchain Experience with Postman Detailed understanding & experience with software development frameworks like AGILE
