JobOverview:
We are seekinga Sr. Product Designer with a passion for driving business successthrough exceptional design skills. In this role you will leadproduct design projects conduct UX research and collaborate closelywith stakeholders to enhance our customerapp.

Responsibilities:

  • LeadProduct Design Projects: Oversee product design projectsfocusing on customer acquisition andretention.
  • Conduct UXResearch: Perform UX research to stay aligned with userpreferences and derive actionable insights for thebusiness.
  • Guide UXDesigners: Mentor and guide UX designers on bestpractices to ensure timely and highquality projectdelivery.
  • FacilitateCollaboration: Lead brainstorming sessions withstakeholders to foster collaboration and innovativethinking.
  • Monitor &Adapt: Track and analyze the impact of design decisionson user behavior and adapt strategies to maximize businessoutcomes.
  • Manage DesignSystem: Collaborate with Visual Designers UI Designersand the Tech team to maintain and evolve the DesignSystem.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • 5years of experience in consumerfacing product companies designingdigital products.
  • A portfolio thatdemonstrates the impact of your designs on business and consumerexperiences.
  • Extensive experience indelivering product features on Android and iOSapplications.
  • Strong understandingof how design impacts businessmetrics.
  • Proficiency inFigma.
