Job Description- 3D Engineering- Team MemberRequirement Brief: - Team Member3 to 6 years†experience in digitization and detail engineering of Steel plant or Oil and Gas or Pharmaceutical or Gas requirement is on three different tools. 1) Aut odesk Plant 3D (P3D), Revit Structures, and desk Plant 3D:â· Existing Working experience on Plant 3D. Minim um 3 yearsâ· Knowledge on P&IDâ· Knowledge on Piping layoutâ· Knowledge on equipment layoutâ· Selection of type of supportsâ· S upport modelingâ· Equipment modelingâ· Extraction of isometrics in plant 3Dâ· GA Drawingsâ· Knowledge on ASME, API, standards. â· Knowledge on Piping materialsâ· BOM Generationâ· Review in NavisworksRevit Structures:â· Present Working experience on Revit Structures. Minimum 3 yearsâ· Ability to read the design drawings and generate a 3D model in Revitâ· Understanding the details fro m the design drawings and able to create a layout Drawings out of it.â· Ability to quality check the 3D model against design drawin gsâ· Able to create shop drawings which includes floor plans, sections, elevations, reflected ceiling plan, foundation plans, detai ls, isometric view, with schedules, quantities from 3D model.â· Ability to perform various Quality Checks to validate m odels for things likeâ· Ensure checking of all design output and coordination (Interface) between other disciplines;â· Knowledge o f Navisworks and Clash Test Report Preparationâ· Revit family creation and modification as per requirementâ· Ensures accuracy and quality of discipline model information, presentation, and coordination.â· Miscellaneous Support modelingâ· Etraction Markup drawi ngsInventor 3D:â· Present Working experience on Inventor, Minimum 3 years.â· Knowledge of detail drawings of equipmentâ· Knowle dge on various IS codeâ· Knowledgeâ€s on part modeling and assemble modelingâ· Knowledge on Steel Industryâ· Reviewing Vendor Draw ingsâ· Part Modeling Knowledge in inventorâ· Sheet Metal works in Inventorâ· GA Drawingâ· Coordination with the Civil and Piping .â· Basic engineering design and calculationsâ· Selection of material based on the applicationâ· Basic mechanical engineeringâ· Manufacturing process knowledgeâ· Selection of basic mechanical elements, Pneumatics, Accessories etcâ· Should have knowledge of m aterials like Mild steel/ Stainless steel etc.,â· Awareness of structural steels like Channels, Beams, Plates, Pipes etc., & fasten ers
