Your Key Responsibilities

Performs operational quality assurance or verification of product or process conformity, in a designated area of an organization, analyses parts returned from customers and warranty cases.

Conduct quality checks or designated product/manufacturing process inspections according to check lists or inspection plans given, decide on blocking of suspect or defective parts or products for further decision.

Contribute to technical optimization of quality aspects in production or assembly processes assigned.

Handle complaints and related cost and initiate corrective actions in cooperation with local operational quality management.

Support preparation and conduction of internal and external audits, if required.

Carrying out measuring tasks of all the drawing and tool parts as per the drawing.

3D coordinate measurements, straightness measurements, etc.) during goods receipt inspections, machine acceptance inspections etc.

Monitoring measuring equipment used in Special Machinery

Continuous improvement (MOVE) in the course of work tasks

Calibration of the instrument used in the Special Machinery.

Communication with suppliers for re-work / rejection

All Quality complain to be handled in SAP

Regular clearing of inspected parts in SAP

Collaborative working with cross function team.

Providing solution to the shopfloor for NOK part delivery.

Your Qualifications

Diploma Mechanical Engineering (8 to 10 years) Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering degree (5 to 7 years) SAP Quality Management System hands on experience. Machine building background will be added advantage. Know of manufacturing practices.
