Job Title: Administrative Associate Executive

Job Location: Hyderabad.

Job Type: Full Time

Required Experience : 1-2 yrs

Role and Responsibilities:

Required Skills –

Facility Management and Transportation management Security and Maintenance of the organization Housekeeping Management Vendor Management Contract management skills and knowledge on ISO controls Canteen Management including staff of the Canteen Looking after utilities of the management Computer skills – MS Word and Excel Stress and time management skills Liaising work with government agencies (PF, P-Tax, ESI, Labor and Municipal Office Liaising work with private agencies (Auditor, Company Secretary and service providers

Personal attributes –

Maintain standards of conduct Be flexible Demonstrate sound work ethics Be consistent and productive

Qualification and experience –

Graduate degree in any discipline Industry experience between 1 to 2 years in the space of IT and ITeS preferred

Other conditions -

Need to work in shifts Should be sensitive to culture of employees Should have a two-wheeler with license for local travel with regards to admin related works
