Description

Within the Talent & Development function, the ‘Global Leadership Strategy and Development’ team owns Deutsche Bank’s leadership proposition to assess and develop leaders. The scope of this role will be global and will primarily support Leadership frameworks, tools, processes team. Additionally, the role will support the Leadership Value Chain pillar in ensuring strong governance, reporting across leadership book of work and programme management for development interventions, when required. You can also expect to work in an agile and flexible team model that requires contribution across topics and divisions. Leadership frameworks, tools, processes team plays an important role in the design/deployment and governance of leadership tools, psychometrics, and processes. This means that we are responsible for the conceptual house view on leadership topics as well as the design and deployment of leadership tools, such as assessment tools/processes, leadership programmes and their governance. You will work hand in hand with your HR colleagues to support key strategic initiatives that will further develop our houseview on leadership and how to bring it to life. You will help to build the capability of our leaders of today and our pipeline of leaders of tomorrow.

Your key responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Support the Leadership Frameworks lead to organise our key leadership projects and diagnostic processes. Develop a structure for organizing our leadership assessment and diagnostic data and ensure clean-up of existing data sources, such as leadership diagnostic library, trackers. Analyze data, develop insights from assessment tools, and contribute to our concepts and storyline for the senior management presentations Support leadership value stream team in our book of work management, JIRA, budget management, reporting, implementation of approaches to measure impact and performance of our products, and ensure collaboration across the team by establishing agile ways of working Own the vendor management processes and ensure strong governance, drive knowledge management, review and maintain our materials to ensure accuracy, consistency, and accessibility to our team and practitioner group Drive leadership development communications efforts to cascade our leadership strategy within the organisation and raise awareness about our portfolio of development products with our internal target groups Support the team in the delivery of leadership curriculum through strong programme management Ensure that requirements, plans, risks, issues, actions, costs, schedules, benefits, and other related project artefacts are documented and tracked. Identify gaps in coverage of key issues whenever they appear and be flexible enough to manage unexpected additional workload or changes of priority within capacity

Your skills and experiences

Degree level education Approximately 5-7 years of experience in leadership /talent/ organizational development field with significant experience in project management, processes, and governance activities Experience working on large, global projects in a global matrix environment and in remote teams Experience handling, interrogating, and analyzing large quantities of data in Excel and convert it into clear reporting to support management decisions Strong organisational skills and strong attention to detail Business acumen and commercial orientation Resilient and positive; can-do attitude and self-starter Process, governance, and control mindset Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English across all hierarchical level Strong analytical and conceptual problem solving skills; ability to come up with creative yet structured solutions and lead projects to deliver outcomes Collaborative: able to build productive partnerships with both the business and different areas in HR to drive execution Proactive and outcome-oriented; focuses energy on opportunities for greatest yield Ability to adapt style and plans according to the situation and stakeholder dynamics Ability to take personal accountability and structure own tasks to facilitate the successful delivery of small work streams, taking responsibility for distinct pieces of work Understanding of general HR processes within the employee life-circle desirable and/or industry knowledge desirable not essential
