Job Summary

A Data analyst plays a crucial role in an organization by liaising between IT teams and business stakeholders. Their primary responsibility is to use data analytics to comprehend corporate procedures, spot potential for development, and create plans to maximize production and efficiency. Decision-makers receive insights and recommendations from business analysts, who also collect and analyse data and model company processes. Hands on experience with data modelling. Extensive experience in performance tuning.(sql,python),Experience with databases and data warehousing concepts (Preferred - PostgreSQL, Snowflake) .Strong SQL skills with experience in writing complex queries. Working knowledge of Data warehousing, Governance, and Data Architecture
Responsibilities and Duties

Develop, implement, and maintain analytics systems, taking complicated problems and building simple frameworks. Handle python libraries and create EDA and Visualisation techniques to explore and analyse data, identifying patterns, relationships and trends . Identify trends and opportunities for growth through analysis of complex datasets. Create best-practice reports based on data mining, analysis, and visualization. Evaluate the systems for efficiency, problems, and inaccuracies, and develop and maintain protocols for handling, processing, and cleaning data. Incorporate the data governance and data lineage in the OLAP/OLTP systems and look for the risk mitigation, security and prevent data leakage.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor’s in engineering / Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field Minimum of 6-8 years of IT experience in data Analyst. Strong Experience in using python libraries, EDA and Visualisation techniques to explore and analyse data, identifying patterns, relationships and trends. Create and maintain rich interactive visualizations through data interpretation and analysis, with reporting components from multiple data sources. Should have the Capability of evaluating data to derive meaningful, actionable insights. Extensive experience in the analytical reporting like Power BI, Tableau,etc. Possess a solid foundation in statistics and practical experience with statistical software (such as Excel, SPSS, SAS) and mastery in data analysis languages including SQL, Python and machine learning modelling techniques. Python Libraries, EDA, Visualisation, Data interpretation & Reporting, Basics of ML and Azure/GCP.
