As a  Partner Solution Architect (PSA) , you will be the driving force behind our partners' digital transformation journey. As a subject matter expert in Microsoft D365 ERP and Buisness Central you will help Microsoft partners evaluate their application strategy, determine approaches through Microsoft D365 Applications and recommending solutions that meet customer requirements.

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 6+ years experience in Microsoft Dynamics (ERP) and Business Central technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, implementation/delivery software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting 

Additional or Preferred Qualifications:

Proven track record of building deep technical sales relationships with CXOs and practice building executives in ISVs and SIs. Ability to solve Partner problems and unblock technical issues, leveraging internal and/or external resources. Deep understanding of Microsoft Cloud Solution Area products and services, and knowledge of market business environment  10+ years of success in consultative/complex technical sales, technology solutions/practice development, architecture, design, implementation, and/or support of highly distributed applications required
Understanding of Microsoft Business Applications products and/or complementing solutions. The position requires the ability to articulate and present the business value of Microsoft's solutions and have a firm understanding of Microsoft's strategies and products relative to major Microsoft competitors preferred . Strong record of accomplishment of implementing Buisness Applications in a variety of Enterprise Applications.

Responsibilities

Partner Enablement and Execution 

Enablement Execution: Lead and/or contribute to the delivery of workshops, bootcamps, and trainings necessary to build partners’ technical skills  Technical Engagement: Lead deep technical engagements, including; Briefings, Proof of Concepts, Architectural Design Sessions, and Hackathons  Best Practice Sharing: Collaborate with Microsoft’s Engineering teams to generate technical insight and enable best practices sharing  Solution Development: Aid partners to develop and implement high quality solutions and/or services leveraging Microsoft’s latest technologies  Evangelism: Evangelize partners’ practices and solutions in customers’ implementations via Technical briefings and Architecture Review Sessions  Tech Sales: Enable partners on technical pre-sales skills while supporting initial partners’ wins and work to unblock technical issues.  You will help partners make technical decisions to adopt customer application workloads with Microsoft D365 ERP and Buisness Central and build tomorrow’s business and IT solutions based on Microsoft and 3rd party technology. You will collaborate with a virtual team of experts and influence the Microsoft Azure infrastructure go-to-market strategies by providing feedback to sales, marketing, and engineering on current and future product requirements and market blockers. You will work with our partner and engineering ensuring that the product truth is grounded in technical excellence, continuously identifying opportunities to help meet/exceed the scale, performance, security, reliability, and operational efficiency goals for our customers. Contribute to virtual teams of partner, engineering and field resources to build new Azure healthcare partner practices and solutions. Develop and maintain your deep technical expertise across Microsoft and non-Microsoft cloud-based infrastructure technologies.
