Reporting to the IS&T D&IS Software Engineering Solutions, you will be in charge of the technical expertise for software configuration management solutions from IBM-Rational: ClearCase, ClearQuest and Synergy and you will act as a control tower to ensure overall consistency on its applicative landscape.
Main responsibilities
Contribute to all phases of the application lifecycle from definition, architecture, design trough implementation, debugging, testing and early support Provide technical and domain expertise on complex topics Participate in requirements gathering and specifications creation Lead technical design and architecture Maintain technical solution referential & design documentation Support operations teams with regards to critical and complex incidents Control quality of partners deliverables Develop, change and improve processes Manage application security vulnerabilities Build best practices on development activities and continuous improvement Contribute to tower roadmap and lead technical POC

Experience
Competencies & Skills Describe the needed skills (technical & behavioral)
Solid knowledge on business processes (development, configuration, build and release management) Worked for global companies either as a service provider or as a customer, ideally both roles General knowledge on IT infrastructure systems: Azure, virtualization, server, database, network and storage Deep technical knowledge on ClearCase, ClearQuest, Synergy administration, technical architecture and development / customization Strong developments skills on several languages, particularly Perl, Java and Python Skills in system administration: Linux and Windows Experienced in home-made application development in various development language and technologies Good communication, efficiency and ability to execute. You are result oriented and show intellectual curiosity and creativity Very strong leadership and are business value oriented Fluent in English, you are eager to work with autonomy in an international environment and to face the challenges of the new Alstom-
