We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our team. In this role, you will lead the development and execution of a new online business vertical focusing on medical services and products for senior citizens. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch and scale a website and app, aligning with market needs and driving business growth.

Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Strategy & Development
  • Define the product vision and strategy, aligning with company objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for innovation.
  • Oversee the development of a website and app featuring medical services and products for senior citizens.
  • Manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation through to launch and post-launch analysis.
Market Research & Revenue Generation
  • Plan and execute promotional and advertising campaigns for the new vertical.
  • Frame and ensure compliance with all legal requirements related to the product line.
  • Develop and implement additional revenue strategies for the business.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and optimize pricing strategies.

Requirements

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
  • Work closely with web developers, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless product launch.
  • Engage with the Senior Living Sales team to stay updated on products, pricing, and revenue management.
  • Pitch the platform to real estate owners and partners to onboard them for business growth.
Analytics & Reporting
  • Use website analytics tools like Google Analytics to measure product performance and customer engagement.
  • Prepare and analyze reports to track KPIs, conversion rates, and business outcomes.
  • Recommend and implement improvements based on data-driven insights.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or product management.
  • Proficiency in website development tools, including HTML and CSS.
  • Experience with website analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Strong leadership, business acumen, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful online and email marketing campaigns.
