• Performphacoemulsification surgeries with precision andproficiency
• Evaluate and diagnose ophthalmicconditions and prescribe appropriate treatmentplans
• Conduct preoperative and postoperativeassessments for surgical patients
• Providecomprehensive ophthalmic care to patients addressing their concernsand managing their expectations
• Collaboratewith the healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes and qualityof care
• Maintain accurate and detailed medicalrecords of patient consultations andtreatments
• Participate in continuousprofessional development activities to enhance surgical and medicalskills

RequiredQualifications:

• Doctor of Medicine(MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)degree
• Board certification inOphthalmology
• Fellowship training inphacoemulsification and ophthalmicsurgery
• Licensure to practice medicine andophthalmology in the relevantstate/province
• Proven experience in performingphacoemulsification surgeriesindependently
• Proficiency in assessingophthalmic conditions and formulating treatmentplans
• Sound understanding of ophthalmicsurgical techniques and equipment
• Excellentinterpersonal and communicationskills
