Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant – Business System Analyst

In this role, we are inviting enthusiasts with experience in Data stewardship who will be responsible for working with our Master Data Management (MDM) system and team, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, securty and define and track key data quality metrics and indicators to assess the health of data. We are looking for a strong analytical and logical mindset with ability to work in a team. 

Responsibilities

Work with the business users to analyze their business needs and identify the business requirements.

Create FSDs (Functional Specification Documents) and STM (Source to target mappings ) to map source system attributes with business requirements.

Serve as the key point of contact to business stakeholders, data architects and, delivery team members to define and manage requirements.

Work with developers to assist in Development / Design with respect to the business understanding if needed.

Assist the QA team to identify the test scenarios and review the test results.

Present documented analysis and key metrics to all impacted stakeholders.

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum qualifications

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

 BI and DW experience on delivery project in a BSA (Business System Analyst) role.

Expertise in P&C Insurance domain (Property & Casualty).

Strong knowledge of relational database concepts, SQL and DW data models.

Analytical thinking and applying BSA techniques to problem solving.

Worked in IT Methodologies: Agile, SDLC.

Excellent data analysis, data profiling and data mapping skills.

Exposure to Legacy (policy & claims management systems & reporting) 

Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.

Effective communication and collaboration skills.
