OverviewAnAbinitio Developer plays a crucial role in designing developing andmaintaining applications leveraging Abinitio to support theorganizations data integration and analytics initiatives. They areresponsible for creating and implementing ETL solutions ensuringdata accuracy and integrity and optimizing performance to meetbusiness requirements. The role requires a deep understanding ofdata warehousing concepts strong problemsolving skills and theability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams to delivereffective data solutions.Keyresponsibilities
  • Designing developingand testing Abinitio graphs and plans to meet businessrequirements
  • Implementing ETL solutions to loaddata from various sources into the datawarehouse
  • Ensuring data accuracy integrity andperformance optimization
  • Collaborating withdata architects and business analysts to understand datarequirements
  • Providing technical support andtroubleshooting for Abinitiorelatedissues
  • Developing and maintaining documentationfor ETL processes and procedures
  • Participatingin system and user acceptance testingactivities
  • Performing performance tuning andoptimization of ETL processes
  • Working closelywith stakeholders to identify opportunities for improving dataquality and ETL processes
  • Adhering to bestpractices and standards for data integration andgovernance
Requiredqualifications
  • Bachelors degree inComputer Science Information Technology or relatedfield
  • Proven experience in Abinitio developmentand programming
  • Strong understanding of ETLconcepts data warehousing and datamodeling
  • Proficiency in SQL for data extractiontransformation and loading
  • Experience withUnix/Linux environments and shellscripting
  • Knowledge of data integration bestpractices and methodologies
  • Ability to analyzecomplex data and troubleshoot ETLprocesses
  • Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills for effectivecollaboration
  • Capability to work independentlyand in a teamoriented collaborativeenvironment
  • Experience in performance tuningand optimization of ETL processes
  • Familiaritywith scheduling tools and version controlsystems
  • Certifications in Abinitio or relatedtechnologies is a plus
  • Understanding of datagovernance and security principles
  • Flexibilityto adapt to changing priorities and multitaskeffectively
  • Strong problemsolving andanalytical abilities
