4. Continuing Education: Keep pharmacy staff up-to-date with the latest developments in the pharmaceutical industry, including changes in drug laws, regulations, and new medications.

7. Quality Assurance: Ensure that pharmacy operations meet quality and safety standards, and train staff on compliance with relevant regulations.

Qualifications:

1. Pharmaceutical Expertise: A Pharmacy Trainer typically has a background in pharmacy with relevant certifications or licenses, such as a Pharm.D. degree or a pharmacy technician certification.

2. Training Experience: Experience in developing and delivering training programs, preferably in a pharmaceutical or healthcare setting.

3. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey information to pharmacy staff.

4. Patient-Centric Approach: A commitment to patient safety and well-being and the ability to instill this value in pharmacy staff.
