Oversee and manage all aspects of fund expensesensuring accurate recording and timely payments.

Conduct regular reviews and audits to optimize expensemanagement and control costs.

Prepare andanalyze expense reports ensuring proper allocation to respectivefunds.

2. Coordination withBanks & Trustees:

o Establish and maintaineffective communication with banks and trustees to ensure smoothoperational processes.

Manage fundrelatedtransactions ensuring compliance with banking regulations andtimely reconciliation of fund accounts.

Handleall banking and trusteerelated documentation and reportingrequirements.

3. RegulatoryCompliance:

Ensure thorough understanding andadherence to AIF regulations and compliance requirements.

Monitor regulatory changes and implement necessaryadjustments to fund operations.

Prepare andsubmit mandatory regulatory reports and filings on time.

4. Shareholder/Investor Relations:

Provide accurate and timely information to shareholdersand investors.

Develop and distribute investorreports fund performance summaries and other relevant communicationmaterials.

5. FinancialAnalysis and Modelling:

Minimum 47 years ofexperience in fund accounting

preferably withinreal estate AIF.

Strong knowledge of AIFregulations and compliance requirements.

Proficiency in financial analysis modelling andreporting.

Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills. Proven leadership and team managementexperience.

Skills: Advanced knowledge of fundaccounting principles and practices.

Stronganalytical and problemsolving abilities. Proficiency in financialsoftware and MS Office Suite especially Excel.
