The Workday SCM Analyst plays a pivotalrole in implementing configuring and supporting the Supply ChainManagement (SCM) modules within the Workday ERP system. Thisindividual will collaborate closely with various business units toensure seamless integration and optimization of SCM processes anddata within the organization. We are seeking anexperienced and highly skilled Workday HCM Consultant to join ourteam. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in thedesign development and implementation of HCM solutions usingWorkday with deep expertise in various Workday HCMmodules.KeyResponsibilities
  • Design develop andimplement HCM solutions using Workday.
  • Providetechnical expertise and support on Workday HCM modules includingCore HR Compensation Benefits Time & Labour AbsenceManagement Recruiting and Performance.
  • Workextensively with Core Connector EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder)SOAP (Simple Object Access Protocol) Document Transformation (DT)and XSLT (Extensible Stylesheet LanguageTransformations).
  • Develop integrations usingWorkday Studio.
  • Collaborate with functionalteams to gather requirements and design comprehensive HCMsolutions.
  • Ensure seamless integration ofWorkday with other internal and externalsystems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issuesrelated to Workday HCM modules andintegrations.
  • Provide ongoing support andmaintenance for existing Workday HCMimplementations.
  • Conduct training sessions andcreate documentation to support endusers and internalteams.
RequiredQualifications
  • Bachelors degree inComputer Science Information Systems Human Resources or a relatedfield.
  • 3 years of experience in designingdeveloping and implementing Workday HCMsolutions.
  • Strong understanding of Workday HCMmodules including Core Connector EIB SOAP DT andXSLT.
  • Proven experience with Workday Studio forintegration purposes.
  • Indepth knowledge ofWorkday HCM modules such as Core HR Compensation Benefits Time& Labour Absence Management Recruiting andPerformance.
  • Excellent problemsolving andanalytical skills.
  • Strong communication andinterpersonal skills.
  • Ability to workcollaboratively in a team environment.
  • Flexibleworking hours to accommodate global teams andclients
  • PreferredQualifications:
  • Workday certification inrelevant HCM modules.
  • Experience with Agilemethodologies and project managementtools.
  • Knowledge of data privacy regulationsand best practices in HR datamanagement.
