Internal Customers: Staff of Exports, IT, HR & Admin, Accounts, Regulatory Affairs, Travel Desk
External Customers: Existing customers, potential customers, sales agents and distributors, regulatory bodies
JOB DESCRIPTION:
1.
Open up International Business in new markets
2.
Monitor & analyze of overseas field force, distributors’ stock, sales statement and secondary sales tracking country wise.
3.
Overseas travel to start with after receiving thorough briefing, training on markets. Travel will involve extensive travelling for 20-30 days at a stretch.
4.
Business Development & Promotional inputs
5.
Conduct CME’s independently
6.
Preparation of annual budgets and to achieve the same
7.
Development and finalization of distribution and agencies.
8.
Coordination with Commercial Dept. w.r.t shipments & orders, also with Regulatory Affairs and Technical Director for new product registration, its follow up and response to queries.
9.
Report analysis of overseas field force, distributors’ stock, sales statement and secondary sales tracking country wise.
Promotional input preparation.
