About the JobWe areseeking a meticulous and detailoriented Data Quality Analyst tojoin our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible foraccurately and efficiently entering data into our systems ensuringthe integrity and accuracy of information. The Data Quality Analystwill play a crucial role in maintaining and updating databasesspreadsheets and other companyrecords.
KeyResponsibilities:
1.Data Entry: Input update and verify data ina timely and accurate manner. Transfer datafrom paper formats reports and other sources into electronicdatabases or spreadsheets. Perform routinedata cleaning and validation to ensureaccuracy.
2.Database Maintenance: Maintain and updatedatabases with the latest information.Ensure data integrity by identifying and correcting errors orinconsistencies. Regularly backup andarchive data to preventloss.
3.Quality Assurance: Conduct regular audits toidentify and rectify discrepancies in data.Crosscheck data for completeness andaccuracy.
4.Documentation: Create and maintain detailedrecords of data entry activities. Generatereports and summaries asrequired.
5.Collaboration: Collaborate with otherdepartments to obtain and verify data.Communicate effectively with team members andsupervisors.
6.Adherence to Procedures: Follow establishedprocedures and guidelines for data entry andmanagement. Ensure compliance with dataprivacy and securitypolicies.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Data Quality Analyst or similarrole. Excellent typing and Data QualityAnalyst with a high level of accuracy.Familiarity with Data Quality Analyst software anddatabases. Basic understanding of dataconfidentiality principles. Strong attentionto detail and organizational skills. Abilityto work independently and meet deadlines.Proficient in MS Office suite (especially Excel) and datamanagementtools.
EducationandExperience:
High school diploma or equivalent. Previousexperience in Data Quality Analyst or related field is aplus.WorkingConditions: Officebasedenvironment.
