Roles & Responsibilities

Perform Development & Support activities for Data warehousing domain Applications deployed on Linux Cloud and on-premise platforms,Handle Production Issues (Tier 1/2/3 Support) to resolve production issues & ensure SLAs are met Handle Deployment supports, work in shifts, including weekend on rotation,Operational support for production and non-Production systems in the business intelligence domain on Azure Cloud platform as well as on-premise platforms,Interact with the customer and close coordination with teams to resolve the issues, coordinate with multiple stake holders involved, manage the system outage situations, work closely with the incident management team,You might be involved in some development activities as well occasionally,Perform application analysis & propose technical solution for application enhancement or resolve production issues,Should be able to Code, Unit Test & Deploy.,Creation necessary documentation for all project deliverable phases Release Deployment support may require working on the weekends occasionally,Ability to write complex SQL & performance tune them

Expertise & Qualification

Knowledge of Schedulers like Tivoli Workload Scheduler Good to have Willingness to learn all data warehousing technologies & perform out of the comfort zone in other ETL technologies
