RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensuring Sale Targets for self Tracking and closure of all leads and follow ups Customer TAT to be maintained Ensure all relevant MIS etc are maintained and updated for all related activities High awareness of Product knowledge and process Correct communication of features and charges across a range of banking products as applicable Ensure adherence to MLP and KYC norms and standards Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group’s Values and Code of Conduct. Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct.Regulatory & Business Conduct
