JobOverview:We are seeking anexperienced and detailoriented Account & Finance Manager tooversee the financial operations of a group of companies. The idealcandidate will be proficient in managing multicompany accountspossess strong knowledge in compliance and have expertise infinancial reporting and analysis. The role requires handsonexperience with manufacturing accounting tax compliance andimportexport transactions. You will lead a team of 56 membersensuring timely and accurate financial reporting and providinginsights to support businessdecisions.
KeyResponsibilities:
FinancialReporting:
  • Prepareand analyze financial statements for the group of companiesincluding balance sheets income statements and cash flowstatements.
  • Provide timely accurate andactionable financial insights to supportdecisionmaking.
MonthEndand YearEndClose:
  • Lead themonthend and yearend closingprocesses.
  • Reconcile accounts resolvediscrepancies and ensure financial dataaccuracy.
  • Prepare and analyze daily weeklymonthly quarterly and annual MIS reports to identify trends andvariances.
BudgetingandForecasting:
  • Assistin developing annual budgets andforecasts.
  • Monitor actual performance versusbudgeted figures and analyzevariances.
  • Collaborate with various departmentsto collect and validate financialdata.
General LedgerManagement:
  • Maintainand reconcile the general ledger across multiplecompanies.
  • Review and post journal entriesensuring accurate and uptodate financialrecords.
  • Perform daily accounting tasksincluding bank reconciliations and managing payments for TDS GSTand incometax.
Compliance andAudit:
  • Ensure fullcompliance with tax regulations including TDS GST and income taxfilings.
  • Assist with the preparation of taxreturns and collaborate with internal and external auditors duringaudits.
  • Implement and maintain strong internalcontrols to safeguard companyassets.
FinancialAnalysis:
  • Conductthorough financial analysis to identify trends opportunities andrisks.
  • Perform variance analysis and providefinancial recommendations to support strategicdecisionmaking.
  • Assess financial performancethrough comprehensive financialassessments.
SoftwareProficiency:
  • Utilizeaccounting software such as Tally ERP and Tally Prime for managingfinancial operations.
  • Stay informed on industrybest practices and emerging technologies in financialmanagement.
TeamLeadership:
  • Manage ateam of 56 members ensuring accurate and timely completion oftasks.
  • Oversee multiple MIS reports shared withmanagement daily ensuring clear and precisecommunication.
  • Motivate and lead the team toachieve optimal performance while ensuring alignment with companygoals.
Banking andImportExportAccounting:
  • Managemultiple bank accounts and handle all aspects of banking operationsincluding reconciliations andtransactions.
  • Oversee importexport accountingand banking transactions liaising with creditors debtors andbankers.
SpecializedKnowledge:
  • ManufacturingAccounting: Strong understanding of manufacturingaccounting processes(preferred).
  • Share Market& DMAT Accounts: Knowledge of share markettransactions from an accounting perspective is aplus.
  • Experience handling group companies withmulticompany accounting is highlydesirable.

Qualifications&Skills:
  • Strongknowledge of accounting principles and financial managementspecifically for group companies.
  • Proficiencyin Tally ERP Tally Prime and other accountingsoftware.
  • Experience in managing compliancewith TDS GST income tax and auditrequirements.
  • Familiarity with importexportaccounting and banking procedures.
  • Excellentleadership and team management skills with the ability to lead andinspire a team.
  • Strong communication skills inboth English and Hindi.
  • Ability to handlemultiple priorities and meet strict deadlines in a fastpacedenvironment.

PreferredExperience:
  • Provenexperience in managing accounts for multiple companies includingmanufacturing sectors.
  • Prior experiencehandling complex financial operations including multibank accountsand importexport transactions.
  • Experience inmanaging a finance team and reporting directly to seniormanagement.
