JobDescription:

Asa Compliance and Lead Auditor at our cybersecurity company you willplay a crucial role in ensuring our clients systems and processesadhere to industry standards and regulatory requirements. Yourresponsibilities will encompass conducting comprehensive auditsassessing compliance levels and providing strategic guidance toenhance cybersecurityposture.

KeyResponsibilities:

  1. ConductAudits: Plan execute and lead cybersecurity compliance audits forclients across various industries. Evaluate adherence to regulatoryframeworks such as ISO 27001 NIST GDPR HIPAAetc.

  2. ComplianceAssessment: Assess clients systems policies and procedures toensure compliance with relevant cybersecurity standards andregulations. Identify gaps and provide actionable recommendationsforimprovement.

  3. DocumentationReview: Review and analyze documentation including policiesprocedures risk assessments and incident response plans to verifycompliance andeffectiveness.

  4. RiskManagement: Collaborate with clients to identify evaluate andprioritize cybersecurity risks. Develop risk mitigation strategiestailored to clients business objectives and compliancerequirements.

  5. LeadAudit Teams: Manage audit teams during onsite assessments.Coordinate activities delegate tasks and ensure audits areconducted efficiently andeffectively.

  6. ClientCommunication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clientsthroughout the audit process. Communicate audit findings risks andrecommendations clearly and effectively to keystakeholders.

  7. RegulatoryGuidance: Stay updated on evolving cybersecurity regulationsstandards and best practices. Provide guidance and recommendationsto clients to ensure ongoing compliance and readiness forregulatorychanges.

  8. ContinuousImprovement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives within thecompliance auditing process. Identify opportunities to streamlineprocedures enhance efficiency and deliver greater value toclients.

  9. Trainingand Education: Provide training and awareness sessions to clientspersonnel on cybersecurity best practices compliance requirementsand auditpreparedness.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelorsdegree in Information Technology Cybersecurity or a relatedfield.
  • CertifiedInformation Systems Auditor (CISA) Certified Information SecurityManager (CISM) or equivalent certificationrequired.
  • Provenexperience in conducting cybersecurity compliance audits preferablyin a consulting or advisoryrole.
  • Indepthknowledge of cybersecurity standards and regulations such as ISO27001 NIST GDPR HIPAAetc.
  • Strongunderstanding of risk management principles andmethodologies.
  • Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interacteffectively with clients and teammembers.
  • Stronganalytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to identifyroot causes and develop practicalsolutions.
  • Abilityto work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced dynamicenvironment.
  • Attentionto detail and a commitment to delivering highqualitywork.
