Head - R&D (Agrochemical Formulation)

Roles & Responsibilities:-

• Research the Feasibility and Viability of the Product Formulation.
• Conceptualizing and developing ideas and techniques.
• Supervising and executing a portfolio of new product development projects.
• Interpretation and correlation of analytical results and experimental output.
• Independently working for development and troubleshooting of chemical processes.
• Identification and characterization of unknown chemical structure using modern techniques.
• Investigate effects of alternative practices on soil and crop productivity.
• Managing and administering a technical team.
• Taking a lead role in brainstorming and innovation programs.
• Taking a lead role regarding scientific and technical questions.
• Develop R&D team.
• To identify best product / practices in different countries.
• To Manage regulatory Affairs, Testing & Registration.
• Reporting key conclusions, strategic overviews and recommendations to senior management.
• Training of the New Products / Enhancements to the Sales Marketing / Channel Partners.
• Providing technical support within and outside organization for activities related to scale up and optimization.
• Report preparation for presentation and regular updates.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Must be Ph.D in Chemistry in education.
• Minimum 12 to 20 years of experience in the Research & Development / New Product Development (Agrochemical) field in Agro Chemical ''Industry only.
• Ideal Candidate must have Team Handling experience.
• Practical experience of working in chemistry process is additional advantage.
• Knowledge of various chemistry Chromatography and spectroscopic techniques will get additional advantage.
