Job Overview


We are seeking a talented and passionate Beauty Advisor to join our team at Ekologie Forte Pvt. Ltd. As a Beauty Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and personalized beauty advice to our clients. This role requires a strong knowledge of beauty products, excellent communication skills, and a passion for promoting organic and sustainable beauty products.


Qualifications and Skills


  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the beauty industry
  • Strong knowledge of beauty products and trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passionate about organic and sustainable beauty
  • Ability to provide personalized customer service
  • Creative problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
  • Experience with handling retail sales and customer billing systems


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Provide personalized beauty consultations to clients, including skincare, makeup, and haircare recommendations
  • Educate customers on the benefits of organic and sustainable beauty products
  • Assist customers in selecting the right products based on their needs and preferences
  • Demonstrate and promote the use of beauty products through in-store events and demonstrations
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and new product launches
  • Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and timely manner
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store
  • Collaborate with team members to create an exceptional shopping experience for customers
