IT Cost Management Analyst

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a IT Cost Management Analyst in Chennai. What a typical day looks like: Works with Cost Management leadership to drive effective tracking and monitoring of Corporate IT spend Assists with tracking software and hardware renewals and new purchases, and compares costs against financial targets Negotiates with vendors to obtain preferred pricing in line with budget targets Updates budgets and forecasts related to corporate spending on critical IT programs Assists with generating Purchase Orders, CAPEX requests and other financial transactions Assists with other duties within the cost management team The experience we’re looking to add to our team: 5 - 8 years of experience in Procurement Negotiation experience working with global hardware and software vendors Expert or Advanced skillset with Microsoft Excel Highly collaborative and creative with excellent communication skills Strong time management and prioritization abilities What you’ll receive for the great work you provide: Health Insurance PTO AG05
