We are seeking a skilled Valuation SeniorAssociate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimumof four years of valuation and/or consulting experience with a deepunderstanding of valuation concepts. As a Valuation SeniorAssociate and will manage multiple valuation engagements ensurequality control and accuracy of deliverables and effectivelycommunicate withclients.
JobResponsibilities:
  • Managevarious valuation engagementssimultaneously
  • Lead and manage a team of 13analysts and/or associates
  • Ensure qualitycontrol and accuracy of deliverables
  • Writecomprehensive valuation reports and summarize analyses andconclusions
  • Communicate effectivelywith clients and manage theirexpectations

JobRequirements:
  • Minimumfour years of valuation and/or consultingexperience
  • Working knowledge of EquityIncentive Awards (ASC 718 and IRC 409A) Fair Value Measurements(ASC 820) Embedded Derivatives (ASC 815) Business Combinations (ASC805 IRC section 1060) and Valuation opinions for gift and estateplanning purposes
  • Experience in a Big Foursvaluation team or a leading valuation firm ispreferred
  • MBA (Premier BSchool) MS (Finance) CAand/or CFA (CFA Institute USA) qualifications aredesirable
  • Deep understanding of valuationconcepts
  • Strong written and verbalcommunication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Exceland MS Word
  • Strong logical and analyticalabilities
  • Ability to lead ateam
