Responsibilities:

Solution Design: Lead the design andarchitecture of business process management (BPM) solutions usingBizagi platform ensuring alignment with business goals andrequirements.

RequirementsGathering:

Collaborate withstakeholders to understand business processes needs and objectives.

Translate requirements into technicalspecifications and design documents.

Process Modelling:Utilize Bizagi Modeler or similar tools to create detailed processmodels including process flows activities decisions and dataelements.

SystemConfiguration: Configure Bizagi platformcomponents to implement designed solutions including processautomation forms design business rules and integrations withexternal systems.

CustomDevelopment: Develop custom components andextensions using Bizagi Studio or other development tools to meetspecific business requirements not supported outofthebox.

Integration: Design and implementintegrations between Bizagi and other enterprise systems such asERP CRM and thirdparty APIs using standard integration methods andtechnologies.

PerformanceOptimization: Optimize the performance andscalability of Bizagi solutions through proper configuration tuningand architecture design best practices.

Quality Assurance:Conduct thorough testing and validation of Bizagi solutions toensure functionality reliability and adherence to businessrequirements. Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and addressany issues identified.

Documentation: Create and maintaintechnical documentation including design specificationsconfiguration guides and deployment procedures.

Training andSupport: Provide training and support to projectteams developers and endusers on Bizagi platform features bestpractices and usage guidelines.

Qualification:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systemsor a related field. Masters degree preferred.
  • Proven experience (5 years) as a BizagiArchitect or in a similar role with handson experiencedesigning and implementing BPM solutions using Bizagiplatform.
  • Indepth knowledge of Bizagi platformfeatures capabilities and architecture including Bizagi ModelerStudio and Engine.
  • Strong understanding ofBPMN (Business Process Model and Notation) and business processmodeling best practices.
  • Proficiency insoftware development languages and technologies such asPython C# .NET XML JavaScript SQL and webservices.
  • Experience with enterpriseintegration patterns and technologies such as RESTful APIsSOAP ESB and message queues.
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with theability to understand complex business processes and translate theminto technical solutions.
  • Effectivecommunication and collaboration skills with the ability to interactwith stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Project management experience and certification(e.g. PMP PRINCE2) is a plus.
  • Bizagi certification(s) isdesirable
