Head of Logistic for Sales- Asia Pacific (f/m/d)

ULUBERIA or BANGALORE, INDIA - SHANGHAI, CHINA – SINGAPORE

YOUR TASKS:

Our key success is a highly standardized Sales-Logistic for time critical delivering of our products to customers and distributors. You co-develop and implement a regional growth strategy within Asia Pacific aligned with our global logistic organization. You ensure the continued development of your team and implement a structure with the aim of providing the “Best in class” client service on the market with following additional responsibilities:

Set up processes and structure to serve in the best way our key clients and channel partners from different warehouses. Develop with your team a trendsetting go to market logistic, improve net working capital, decrease risk of obsolescence, improve availability and lead times considering customer´s and internal perspectives. Review the existing stock levels by means of market requirements, develop along with your clients’ mutual forecasting as well supply processes and coordinate logistic between our global and local production footprint. Choose the relevant KPIs from the global targets and review regularly to measure the outcome of your logistic strategy and constantly improve. As the driver for the logistic, lead strategic and relevant actions, implement and support your team in the logistic process.

YOUR PROFIL:

You hold a Bachelor of Science in Engineering/ Business or equivalent education. With minimum 5- to 10-years’ relevant experiences in Logistic and leading Team in a complex global structure. With a high technical affinity, you understand the needs of our customer and colleagues in production, which enables you working client and goals oriented and demonstrate strength in connecting and communicating. You already worked on market and clients’ data analysis and are thus able to draw the right conclusions.# You are highly motivated to work in a dynamic cross-cultural team and environment and appreciate the development of interpersonal clients’ relationships. You speak fluently English, an additional Asian language would be beneficial.
