We are looking for a Sr Manager Legal for aleading hospitalitygroup.
JobProfile:Legal Compliance andReal Estate Transactions: Ensure compliance with all legal aspectsrelated to resort operations emphasizing real estate laws propertytransactions land use regulations zoning and environmentallaws.Property Development and Acquisitions:Oversee legal aspects of property development initiatives includingacquisitions due diligence contracts and negotiations with sellersdevelopers or government bodies.ContractManagement: Draft review and negotiate various contracts andagreements related to real estate including leases licenseseasements and development agreements while protecting the resort sinterests.Risk Assessment and Mitigation:Identify legal risks associated with real estate and propertymatters and develop strategies to mitigate these risks. Implementprocedures to ensure compliance and minimize legalexposure.Dispute Resolution: Manage legaldisputes concerning real estate property or landrelated issuescollaborating with external legal counsel if necessary and worktowards favorable resolutions.PolicyDevelopment: Develop and implement policies and procedures relatedto real estate and property matters within the resort operation toensure compliance and ethicalpractices.
Requirement:Bachelors degree in Law (LL.B. or equivalent) with specialization oradditional qualifications in real estate law. LL.M. in Real EstateLaw is a plus.58 years of proven experienceas a Legal Manager preferably in Resort Operations with a focus onreal estate and property law.Strongunderstanding of real estate regulations property development landuse and zoning laws applicable to the hospitalityindustry.Exceptional negotiation analyticaland problemsolving skills.Ability to managemultiple tasks work independently and prioritizeeffectively.Attention to detail and aproactive approach to identifying and addressing legalissues
