Job Overview: Seeking a skilled CCM Mould Operator for operating and maintaining the Continuous Casting Machine (CCM) in the Steel Melting Shop.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate CCM to produce steel billets
  • Monitor and adjust machine settings
  • Inspect and maintain CCM equipment
  • Conduct quality checks and ensure product quality
  • Follow safety protocols
  • Collaborate with team members
  • Maintain production records

Requirements:

  • ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
  • Minimum 2 years of CCM operation experience in steel manufacturing
  • Knowledge of CCM operations and maintenance
  • Ability to read technical drawings and manuals
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Willingness to work in shifts and overtime
