Desired Qualification and Experience

Qualification: Diploma /BE/BTech in Civil Engineering Experience: 9-11 Years Skills: In-depth technical and supervision skills related to quality assurance and control in building projects. Experience in Hospitality projects with high end MEP packages preferred. Industry: Institutional/ Commercial buildings Functional Area: Quality Assurance and Control/ Project Management

Candidate Specification

Responsibilities

Work Knowledge and skills-Understanding of stage of design development , Concept, schematic, Tender, GFC drawings.Understanding of technical specifications, bill of materials, inspection, and their test frequencyConversant with all packages of civil, structural and finishes with a demonstrated experience in mechanical, electrical and plumbing packages.Understanding of para-medical services in hospitals preferred.Understanding of coordination drawings, site construction conflicts in design to execution stages. Drawing development and issueReview the drawings for its completeness and raise RFI (request for information) on the drawingsCoordinate with Design consultant on the technical queries raised by the contractors.Coordinating with the design consultant in resolving clarifications, conflicts at site due to site condition or with different packages.

Job Profile

Site planning and construction supervisionPreparation of site logistics plan, construction enabling work, work sequencingPreparation of Quality Management Plan and ensure work on its strict adherenceReview and finalisation of work methodologies of the site workEnsure adherence to technical specifications and makesUndertaking Material Inspection, checking test certificatesEnsure control of material wastage, material reconciliationJoint measurement of work being doneUndertake periodic site quality assurance audits.Raise and regulate non-conformances and ensure closure.
