Your new role – challenging and future-oriented

Project Planning:

• Coordination with Factory and Vendorsfor spares of Turbine and BOP Components Execution.

• Prepare main time schedule comprisesof Engineering, purchasing, quality and manufacturing activities in order toenable the factory and Turbine components vendors to deliver orders on time.

• Regular coordination with customerregarding updates and progress of spare orders during execution.

Order Execution (Spare parts of Turbineand BOP components):

• Monitor all items for engineering,procurement and in-house and outsourced manufacturing based on main timeschedule for executing the manufacture of turbine and components based onstandard lead time

• Monitoring of activities for allproject spare items and follow up with SCM and vendors.

• Creation and closing of productionorders in SAP

• Tracking of material and projectprogress through MS Project

• Expediting Spares as per orderrequirements

• Progress Report submission andmeeting with customer during execution of project.

• Issue Purchase requisitions andproduction orders on SAP

• Project planning, sequencing andexecution of product with vendors, sub-contractors and manufacturing facility

• Project Coordination for Export andAMC orders (Domestic and International projects)
