Job Overview:
RequirementsKey Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, team dynamics, and ideal candidate profiles.
- Post job openings on various platforms, including job boards, social media, and company career pages.
- Source and attract candidates using a variety of methods, including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking.
- Screen resumes and applications, conducting initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and personality.
- Administer assessments and background checks, as needed.
- Provide candidates with timely updates on the recruitment process.
- Build and maintain a network of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Maintain positive candidate experience by providing clear communication throughout the process.
Offer Management:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to create competitive job offers.
- Extend offers and negotiate terms with selected candidates.
- Ensure smooth onboarding process, including preparation of offer letters and new hire documentation.
Reporting & Compliance:
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities, including candidate databases and hiring metrics.
Employer Branding:
- Contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing the company’s employer brand to attract top talent.
- Represent the company at career fairs, networking events, and university recruiting sessions.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education:
- Bachelor’s/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field preferred.
Experience:
- Proven experience as an HR Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or in a similar role.
- Experience in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Familiarity with interviewing techniques and candidate evaluation tools.
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of professionalism.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software tools.
Attributes:
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Experience with sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Glassdoor).
- Experience in recruiting for a specific industry or niche is a plus (e.g., technology, engineering).
