JobDescription:

TheSAP OTC/FTM business analyst will develop solutions for complexendtoend business processes and drive continuous improvement effortto streamline business processes.

Lead SAP design development implementation configuration andintegration of SAP SD SAP MM and SAP FI modules and subcomponents.Be knowledgeable in areas such as RAR (Revenue Accounting andReporting) and integrations with deliveries shipments andservices.
Review design specifications and lead the implementation ofconfiguration changes in SAP. Define business and systems strategydevelop system requirements and conduct systemprototyping.
Perform testing provide training and define support procedures andimplementationprocesses.
Resolve system issues and recommend and implement SAP bestpractices.
Create and update project charter and scopedocuments.
Partner with stakeholders to identify areas to expand the use oftechnology to improveoperations.
Collaborate with the SAP technical team and other stakeholders tocoordinate resource allocation across a large projectportfolio.
Provide thought leadership drive business results and provideexpertise and guidance to monitor and manage the effectiveness ofdata technology and processoutcomes.
Work to align strategic goals with SAP technology to achievedesired business outcomes. Analyze define and develop SAP solutionsand work collaboratively with project management functional andtechnical teams to ensure projects align with governance andstrategic businessrequirements.

RequiredSkills:
6 years of functional SAP experience in Order to Cash and Financeto Managemodules.
Detailed understanding of the SAP component area relevant to theSAP Sales and Distribution (SD) Procurement (MM) and Finance (FI)integration.
Experience with SAP Contract Management Pricing Order (Sales& Purchasing) Management Tax Outputs andReports.
Thorough understanding of integration among core SAP modules likeFinance including the Special purpose ledger andProcurement.
Knowledge of systems and/or business analysis designconcepts.
Demonstrated proficiency in the applied use of systems and processanalysistools.
Ability to facilitate interactive design and functionalspecificationsessions.
Ability to carry out detailed system design and write specs fordevelopment. Capable of performing configuration changes and/orprepare design specifications for ABAPprograms.
Strong analytical problemsolving and conceptual skills foranalyzing and evaluating major SAP business requirements of varyingcomplexity. Thorough understanding of all parameters affecting andinterfacing with the SAPsystem.
Knowledge in ABAP and debugging skills are a plus for thisrole.
Ability to diagnose problems and determine effectivesolutions.
Ability to respond quickly in a rapidly changing businessenvironment.
Ability to translate business processes and requirements intosystemenhancements.
Capable of analyzing processes for possible future systemsimprovement and suggest alternativesolutions.
Ability to interface with internal customers to identify areas forsystems improvement. Define controls conversion procedures andsystems implementationplans.
Ability to act independently and under very general direction todefine implement and document SAP system changes in support ofbusiness processsolutions.
