JobSummary:
We are seekingan energetic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team in theautomobile industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible forgenerating leads meeting sales targets and ensuring customersatisfaction. This role requires a passion for sales excellentcommunication skills and the ability to build and maintainrelationships withclients.

KeyResponsibilities:

  • Promoteand sell automobile products to potentialcustomers.
  • Build and maintainrelationships with new and existingcustomers.
  • Understand customer needsand provide appropriate productsolutions.
  • Meet or exceed salestargets on a monthly basis.
  • Conductmarket research to identify new sales opportunities andtrends.
  • Coordinate with the salesteam to maximize revenue.
  • Deliverproduct presentations and demonstrations to potentialclients.
  • Handle customer inquiriescomplaints and aftersalessupport.
  • Maintain accurate recordsof sales activities and customerinteractions.
  • Follow up withcustomers to ensure satisfaction and foster repeatbusiness.

EssentialQualifications:

  • Bachelorsdegree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field(preferred but notmandatory).
  • Freshers or candidateswith up to 1 year of experience insales.
  • Knowledge of the automobileindustry or a strong interest in automobiles ispreferred.

SkillsRequired:

  • Excellentverbal and written communicationskills.
  • Strong negotiation andclosing skills.
  • Good interpersonalskills and the ability to build rapportquickly.
  • Salesdriven with a focus onachieving targets.
  • Basic knowledgeof MS Office (Excel WordPowerPoint).
  • Ability to work bothindependently and as part of ateam.
  • Willingness to learn and adaptto a fastpacedenvironment.


Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to meet companyobjectives. Analyze market trends and competitor activities toidentify opportunities and challenges. Engage with customersthrough various channels (e.g., social media, direct mail,face-to-face) to promote products and services. Organize and attendmarketing activities or events to raise brand awareness. Preparedetailed reports on sales performance, marketing outcomes, and newbusiness prospects. Collaborate with other teams (e.g., productdevelopment, customer service) to enhance business growth andcustomersatisfaction.

Education

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relatedfield.
