Job Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Search EngineOptimization (SEO) Specialist to join our dynamic digital marketingteam at Gururo. As an SEO Specialist you will play a crucial rolein driving organic traffic increasing search engine rankings andenhancing our online presence across various search engines. Thisis a fulltime workfromofficeposition inVadodara.
Responsibilities:
- Performthorough keyword research to identify relevant and hightraffickeywords that align with our businessgoals.
- Develop and implement effective SEOstrategies to increase organic traffic visibility and search enginerankings.
- Conduct onpage optimization includingoptimizing meta tags headings content and internal linkingstructures to improve search engine crawlability andindexation.
- Optimize website performance forspeed mobile responsiveness and user experience to enhance overallsearch visibility.
- Identify and addresstechnical SEO issues such as broken links crawl errors andduplicate content.
- Collaborate with contentcreators to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into thecontent creation process.
- Stay uptodate withindustry trends search engine algorithms and best practices tocontinuously improve SEO strategies.
- Monitorand analyze website analytics search console data and otherrelevant SEO tools to measure the effectiveness of SEO efforts andmake datadriven decisions.
- Generate regular SEOperformance reports and provide insights and recommendations toimprove performance and achieve KPIs.
- Assist inidentifying and pursuing linkbuilding opportunities to improvedomain authority and increase backlinks from reputablesources.
- Stay informed about competitor SEOstrategies and recommend action plans to maintain a competitiveedge.
- Collaborate with other digital marketingteam members on crossfunctional projects andinitiatives.
Requirements:
- Provenexperience as an SEO Specialist or similar role with a track recordof successful SEO campaigns and improved searchrankings.
- Indepth knowledge of search enginealgorithms ranking factors and SEO bestpractices.
- Proficiency in using SEO tools suchas Google Analytics Google Search Console Ahrefs SEMrush Mozetc.
- Solid understanding of HTML CSS andwebsite architecture as they relate toSEO.
- Familiarity with content managementsystems (e.g. WordPress) and websiteplatforms.
- Strong analytical skills and theability to interpret data and generate actionableinsights.
- Excellent communication skills bothwritten and verbal to effectively collaborate with team members andstakeholders.
- Selfmotivated detailoriented andable to work independently while meetingdeadlines.
- Creative problemsolving skills toovercome challenges and improve SEOperformance.
- A proactive approach to stayingupdated with industry trends and changes in search enginealgorithms.
PreferredQualifications:
- Bachelorsdegree in Marketing Business Computer Science or a relatedfield.
- Experience in ecommerce SEO andfamiliarity with marketplaceplatforms
- Knowledge of international SEO andoptimizing websites for globalaudiences.
