About the role and what youwill do

As a Senior Data Analystin Trustrace you got a key role to transform Trustrace into adatadriven organisation. You will drive the development andimplementation of advanced analytics that help us to make the rightproduct decisions and develop superior products. The responsibilityincludes both analytics related to Trustrace Products usage andbehaviour and product development processes.

Youwill have the ownership to identify and implement relevant metricsto follow up on company goals on Product and Process performanceKPIs. This includes both defining accurate metrics identify datapoints required data mining and modelling and visualisation inconvenient tools and frameworks. You should take the lead inperforming indept data analysis to identify the outcome includingtrends and patterns to provide insights that will drive product andprocess enhancement and business growth.

About you and expectedexperience

To besuccessful:

  • You have a true passionfor data and an analytic and statistical mindset.
  • You are confident in and appreciate movingbetween strategical discussions with executives and hands on datamining with technical expertise.
  • You are beable to identify adequate analytical methods and tools to conveycomplex findings.
  • You enjoy sharing insightsand work with the Product development and Product Operation team totransform insights to actions to improve Trustrace product anddelivery processes.

Your background:

  • You got 5 years within a similar rolewithin a Product SaaS company.
  • Masters degreein mathematics Computer Science engineering statistics or similarfield.
  • You got a solid and broad analyticalskillsset including experience of various statisticalmethods.
  • You are confident in a wide range oftools for data mining modelling analysis and visualisation.Examples of tools you will be using: SQL (or other relevantlanguage) PowerBI Grafana.
  • Familiarity withcloudbased data storage and processing platforms (e.g. MongoDB AWSAzure).
  • You are used to work in a globalcontext with colleagues in Asia Europe andUS
  • Experience within Supply chain traceabilityand Fashion industry is a plus.

  • You have a high degree ofautonomy and are able work independently on complex analyses and atthe same time you appreciate collaborations and teamwork.
  • You are good in balancing precision andspeed and feel confident in a fast pace influenced by anexperimental mindset.
  • You got excellentcommunication skills and of course fluent inEnglish.
