We're passionate aboutusing the latest technology to make our HR processes more effective andefficient. The HR Digitalization Team Lead will lead this digital change,taking our HR operations to a new level. In this role, teamwork is key - you'llwork with the HR teams and stakeholders to implement digital transformationprojects. You'll also partner with cross-functional teams to find opportunitiesfor automation, simplify processes, and apply advanced digital solutions. Yourinnovative ideas and HR tech skills will help us enhance operations and improvethe employee experience.

You’ll make a difference by:

·Lead HR digitalization efforts, collaborating with stakeholders todefine objectives.

·Identify automation opportunities, ensuring HR operations areefficient and effective.

·Collaborate with IT teams to implement cutting-edge HR softwaresolutions.

·Lead change management activities, ensuring smooth adoption ofdigital solutions.

·Develop and maintain HR data analytics frameworks for insightfuldecision-making.

·Develop and maintain documentation for digitalization initiatives.

·Stay ahead of industry trends, proposing innovative digitalsolutions for HR processes.

Your success is grounded in:

·Bachelor'sdegree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

·Proven5+ year experience in HR digitalization or HRIS implementation.

·Strongunderstanding of HR processes and regulations.

·In-depthknowledge of HR software systems and tools.

·Excellentanalytical and problem-solving skills.

·Strongproject management skills, handling multiple projects simultaneously.

·Effectivecommunication and leadership skills.

·Abilityto collaborate and build relationships at all organizational levels.

·Proficientin English
