Key responsibilities of the role include:

1. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand performance requirements and objectives for applications and systems.

The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong background in performance testing methodologies, tools, and best practices, as well as a deep understanding of software development and system architecture. In addition, the following qualifications are required:

- At least 7 years of experience in performance testing and engineering, with a focus on web applications, APIs, and enterprise systems.
- Proficiency in performance testing tools such as Blazemeter, JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling, or similar.
- Strong programming and scripting skills, with experience in languages such as Java, Python, or similar.
- Hands-on experience with performance monitoring and diagnostic tools, such as New Relic, AppDynamics, or Dynatrace.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and troubleshoot performance issues.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
