KeyResponsibilities:
Collaborate with project manager to develop comprehensive projectbudgets considering all aspects of the project including
materials labor equipment and overhead costs.Ensure accurate budget validation and monitoringthroughout project lifecycle. Billcertification & Documentation.
Preparingreconciliation statements.
Should be good in MS Exceland MS word To accurately estimate projectcosts and provide detailed cost breakdowns for budget planning andclient proposals.
Develop and implement billingprocedures to ensure accurate and timely invoicing to clientssubcontractors and vendors in
accordance with projectmilestones and contractual agreements.Prepare & process subcontractor bills.
Totake the measurement from the site engineer.
Review thequantities item listed.
Checking and certification ofbills and invoices from vendors and contractors.
