As a Technology Regulatory Assessment and Response Manager (part of Line 1 risk) in our Digital Banking Operations Technology team, you will drive timely, quality and consistent assessments related to our obligations position as it relates the various technology and information security related compliance matters across the international countries in which we operate.
You will work closely with various stakeholders to perform assessments, interpret requirements, report/track findings and take action to support effective delivery of I.AM responsibilities relating to Country Risk Theme Officer matters relating to Technology Risk and Information Security risk themes and associated oversight of obligations.
As part of this role, you will face into group technology and country stakeholders (compliance, operational risk, risk owners etc) to support positive outcomes and execution of associated regulatory matters. You will have strong communication and presentation skills that support your ability to understand and interpret compliance regulatory documentation and manage associated actions in line with the ANZ Operational risk framework and obligations management requirements.
You will support activities to sustain and improve compliance with internal information security policies and external regulatory requirements, drive operational process improvements to drive sustainable quality outcomes that minimise overlap between jurisdictions.
You will work closely with fellow TISG team members who will be based in the geographies from which the regulatory requirements may originate, and as such, will be able to leverage localised expertise and support to finalise any outcomes

What will you bring?
To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following –
Must Have Skills:
A good appreciation of the regulatory environment and likely impacts to the technology business. Technology controls framework (NFR and I.AM Amplified) understanding and experience. 4+ years of relevant experience in the technology Experience and understanding of key technology concepts as well as cloud security control environments and risks. Effective reporting skills, coordination, and milestone tracking Ability to drive and manage own workload and operate within defined deadlines. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to develop acceptable solutions.Good to have Skills:
Experience in managing and coordinating regulatory reviews and other key assessments, monitoring and reporting. Information security and risk industry qualification desired - CISSP and/or CISA qualification or equivalent qualificationsSo, why join us?
