Responsibilities  

Collaborate with Product managers to gather and prioritize requirements for ongoing initiatives. Lead the design and implementation of complex SAP EWM solutions. Work with best practices for the full includes configuration in SAP, planning and executing tests, planning and execution of production deploy, and support for a limited period after go-live Optimize existing SAP EWM solutions for performance and efficiency Play a key role in integration efforts with other SAP modules and external systems, overseeing data mapping and transformation processes. Take ownership of resolving complex issues related to SAP EWM functionality, collaborating with technical teams when necessary. Contribute to business process optimization and automation initiatives, identifying opportunities for efficiency gains. Mentor and guide junior team members in SAP EWM configurations and processes, fostering their professional development. Collaborate with external consultants and vendors on specialized SAP EWM initiatives. Represent the SAP EWM team in high-level meetings and discussions with key stakeholders.

Qualifications

5-8 years of hands-on experience with SAP EWM , with a minimum of 4 years dedicated to SAP EWM implementations or rollouts. Proficient in configuring inbound, outbound & internal processes. Flexible and able to work in an environment that may not be formalized yet. Leadership experience, ability to coach others in a way that enables them to grow professionally and to increase their performance. Agile working Practice
 

Good to have 

Ability to understand and debug ABAP code. Experience /knowledge in Warehouse automation. Experience working with S4

This is a  full-time position,  starting in March 2024.
