We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Specialist to contribute to generating leads for our company. You will be responsible for Scheduling meetings for your team manager, finding leads and maintaining good customer relationships.
An effective Marketing Specialist representative must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. They must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts.
The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.
Responsibilities
- 2+ years of experience in scheduling meetings & account management in Saudi Arabia
- Generate leads by making outbound calls and responding to inbound calls.
- Identify potential customers and qualify them based on their needs and interests.
- Update customer records in a database and maintain accurate activity reports.
- Work closely with the sales team to target potential customers for repeat business.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of our products, services, and promotions.
- Resolve customer disputes quickly and effectively to preserve the company's reputation.
- Having A good database of Enterprise customers in the IT domain.
- Good knowledge of managing key enterprise accounts (Account management)
- Experience in marketing strategy & demand generation.
- Experience in digital marketing is preferred.
- Good geographical and IT industry experience
- Graduate in IT is preferred
- Confidence to start things from scratch.
- High-level communication & Presentation skills
- Good business knowledge with excellent interpersonal skills
- Build relationships with prospective clients
- Maintain consistent contact with existing clients
- Analyse the market and establish competitive advantages
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree 2+ years.
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- CRM experience is preferred
- Language - Arabic Speaker is preferred.
