Job Overview
We are seeking a Sales Outreach Specialist for a Junior position in our Bangalore Urban office. As a Sales Outreach Specialist at VCATCH, you will leverage your expertise in AI, inside sales, and cold calling to expand our clientele base. This is a full-time role that requires 1 to 3 years of work experience in sales or related domains, offering you an opportunity to work within the dynamic and innovative environment of VCATCH.
Qualifications and Skills
- Demonstrated experience in inside sales to strategize and implement effective sales plans (Mandatory skill).
- Expertise in cold calling techniques to approach prospective clients efficiently (Mandatory skill).
- Strong foundation in machine learning to integrate and interpret customer data effectively.
- Excellent communication skills for articulating complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously to meet deadlines.
- Creativity and critical thinking skills to develop new strategies for business development and outreach.
- Good understanding of the BPO industry to better relate and predict customer needs and market trends.
Job Description:
1.Conduct a minimum of 40 voice calls to potential clients daily.
2.Engage at least 20 clients per day with an initial pitch of our AI training services.
3.Present collaboration opportunities for AI trainers tailored to Singapore and India markets.
4.Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups.
5.Identify client needs and match them with our AI training solutions.
6.Schedule meetings with prospective clients for deeper service discussions.
7.Provide feedback from client interactions to refine pitches and offerings.
8.Maintain detailed records of outreach activities and client responses.
9.Meet daily and weekly targets for client engagement and service promotion.
