POSITIONSUMMARY:This position isresponsible for delivering Customer Delight by assuring bestquality of our digital marketing services to our customersdelivered before the committed time providing additionalsuggestions/recommendations and addressing customer complaints ontopmost priority. This position is also responsible for trainingguiding and mentoring to upskill the digital marketing tea. Shouldbe a leader who has the business acumen to drive growth who canwork with people to get the best out of teams and most importantlythe knowledge of digital marketing (especiallyinbound marketing) to implement the best methodspractices and strategies that can deliver great results for ourclients.
KEYROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Grow digitalmarketing business for the company
  • Allocate andoptimize internal resources for maximising theoutput
  • Ensure timely delivery of all projectsdeliverables exceeding the desired quality; Ensureclient
  • KPIs are met across multiple projectsand track progress and growth across multipleaccounts.
  • Ensure full utilization of ProjectManagement Tool (Bitrix24) for managing theprojects
  • Customer complaint resolution shouldbe taken on topmost priority. Coordinate with clients solve theirproblems and ensure growth targets aremet.
  • Develop deep digital strategies forbrands/clients build growth projections (monthly or quarterly oryearly) make sure they are implemented. For promising customersafter conducting the required research help the Sales team withpointers to prepare meaningful proposals.
  • Auditperformance of each project on fortnightly basis and provide reportrecommendations /suggestions to the team on additional actionpoints.
  • Ensure timely execution of allactionable to meet deliverables of thecustomers
  • Time to time share suggestions forrelevant additional work for customer to improve our marketingperformance as well as upsell ourservices
  • Guide the sales team with strategiesfor new client pitches. Spot opportunities to get in more businessfor the agency and drive growth.
  • Continuouslydevelop and drive innovative ideas within the team and possess anunwavering focus to find opportunities of growth in digitalmarketing channels.
  • Keep a stronghold overquality of output with close collaboration of different teams.Measure performance of different teams to match perfect deliveryresults.
  • Train/mentor the Digital team atregular frequency on latest digital marketing trends andtechnologies
  • Creating an inclusive workingculture lead the team in the direction of growth; Brainstorm withdifferent teams to understand issues problems and make sure theroadblocks are removed.
  • Motivate and inspirethe team as a leader to ensure they deliver theirbest.
