Software Skills Required:General awareness of Dialux and MS Office. Desirable awareness ofETAP PSCAD & CYMGRD


Roles:


Timely Delivery ofEngineering Drawings & Documents

Ensuredeliveries are aligned to Project Schedule

Seekand obtain spatial requirements and details of cutouts and openingsfrom the Design Lead (Secondary) and incorporate into relevantDrawings

Review primary drawings by DesignEngineers & Draughtspersons & checking of design& sizing calculations of primary engineering electricalequipment and obtaining approvals from the client

Review of Vendor deliverables pertaining to PrimaryEngineering

Capable of Multitasking and delivermultiple things on time

Estimate and Planmanhour requirements

Review BOQ and submit tocontracts team and providing technical clarifications

Coordinate with multiple disciplines for ensuringinterdepartmental checks

Provide support& clarifications to the Site Execution team

Check preaward evaluation of vendors (w.r.t. technicalspecifications requirement of the client) and forward thevalidation document to Supply Chain Management

Inspect equipment from the finalized vendor after submission ofvalidation document of the vendor

Clarifyissues w.r.t. the design & requirements of the client tothe Site Execution Team

Collect inputs forproject details (plot details feeder arrangements etc.) from client& Project Engineering Manager. Coordinating with Operationsteam and informing Design specifications for obtainingapproval

Collect inputs for project details(General Arrangement Drawings) from Vendors

Check deliverables such as Equipment layouts Cable Routing LayoutCable Tray Layout Earthing Layout lighting Layout LightningProtection Layout

Provide support to secondaryteam for reviewing Vendor drawings

Submitrequirement of manhours for undertaking & reviewing ofdesign & drawings of the project
