Mission

As a Logistics Automation Project Leader, I am responsible for logistics efficiency and space planning and drive projects to achieve the right balance between human and process (Automated process)

Tracking and monitoring the SLA performance and economic performance of the projects against the promised economic gain

You will be working on the Opex and Capex costing of the project to ascertain the net gain and other economical parameters to check the viability of the projects.

Will lead the 3D auto packaging automation project from ideation, validation, on, and implementation regional warehouse. Tracking back the logistics cost to warehousing operations, through systematic process design thinking, we were able to identify an opportunity to streamline our E-commerce packaging operations. Cutting down transportation costs.

Will be working on the feasibility study of the Automated Storage and Retrieval System solution to address the space optimization challenge considering the business volume projection of the next 7 years.

Ensuring prompt, complete, accurate shipments in perfect condition

Maintaining the highest level of service and accuracy while Reception and Inventory of the stock

Maintaining a constant & transparent flow of information to my leader and my user.

“You” will be the leader of your business and will be in charge of the selection, training and development of your team.

“You” will be responsible to identify your user needs (Decathlon Stores) and implement efficient solutions to address their requirements with measurable KPIs.

“You” will be responsible for the stock inventory and fulfillment (Delivery On Time) for your users(Decathlon Stores)

“You” will be responsible to constantly improve efficiency with process optimization and automation(wherever applicable)
