Roles and Responsibilities

Role - EA to CTOLocation :- Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the CTO’s calendar and prioritize appointments to align with strategic goals Contribute to the development and execution of strategic initiatives, including research and analysis, project management, and communication Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and other materials to support strategic decision-making Proactively identify and address potential issues and risks that may impact the CTO’s objectives Collaborate with other departments and external stakeholders to drive cross-functional projects and initiatives Monitor and manage the CTO’s email and other communications to ensure timely and effective responses Prepare and review financial reports and other documentation to support decision-making Coordinate travel arrangements, including itinerary planning and logistics, to maximize productivity and minimize disruption Attend meetings with the CTO and other stakeholders, and provide insightful and strategic input as required Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred Minimum of 2-6 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in a technology or startup environment Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully executing strategic initiatives Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and address potential issues before they arise Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Proactive and self-motivated with a positive attitude and a passion for driving innovation Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism Ability to work independently and as part of a team
