KeyResponsibilities
  • Collaborate withbusiness stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for SAPFICO implementation.
  • Configure customize andmaintain SAP FICO modules to meet businessneeds.
  • Provide expertise in financial andmanagement accounting processes within the SAP ERPsystem.
  • Integrate SAP FICO with other modulessuch as MM SD and HR for endtoend business processintegration.
  • Design and implement financialreporting solutions using SAP FICOtools.
  • Support end users in understanding andutilizing SAP FICO functionalities through training anddocumentation.
  • Participate in system upgradesenhancements and new moduleimplementations.
  • Identify and resolve issuesrelated to SAP FICO configuration andfunctionality.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctionalteams to ensure alignment of SAP FICO with overall businessobjectives.
  • Stay updated with SAP FICO bestpractices and industry trends to drive continuousimprovement.

RequiredQualifications
  • Bachelors degree inFinance Accounting Business Administration or a relatedfield.
  • Proven experience as a SAP FICOConsultant or in a similar role.
  • Indepthknowledge of SAP FICO modules including General Ledger AccountsPayable Accounts Receivable Asset Accounting andControlling.
  • Experience in configuring andcustomizing SAP FICO functionalities to align with businessprocesses.
  • Strong understanding of financialand management accounting principles andpractices.
  • Ability to perform SAP FICO systemtesting data migration and endusertraining.
  • Excellent problemsolving skills witha keen attention to detail.
  • Strongcommunication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate withdiverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Certificationin SAP FICO is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency inSAP ERP and business processintegration.
