Job Brief:We are looking for a GuestRelations Executive to make our clients feel welcome and ensuretheir pleasant tour of the company. Ensuring and providing flawlessupscale professional guest service experiences. Analyzing customerfeedback and providing strategic direction continuously to TeamLeaders.


Roles& Responsibilities:

1.Guest RelationsExecutive responsibilities include greeting clients as they arrivecoordinating their tour and informing them about the projectamenities andfacilities.

2.Our idealcandidates have a flair for communication with the ability todecimate information in an accuratemanner.

3.Handling& administering various operations smoothly within theorganization.

4.Provide upscaleguest experiences forclients.

5.Ensure clientsare properly greeted upon theirarrival.

6.Monitoring dailyupdates from Sales Team and Pre Sales Team and ensuring ClientSlots areassigned.

7.CoordinateInventory (Pantry andBrochures)

8.Give accuratefeedback to Sales Officer post Sample unitvisit.

9.Ensure specialguests like disabled people elderly children and VIPs receivepersonalizedattention.

10.Coordinate andmanage communication between guests and Team and follow up toensure all aspects arecovered.

11.Comply with allstandards and operatingprocedures.

12.Analyse customerfeedback from guestbook and online reviews and suggest ways toimproveratings



Requirements

ClientRelationship Building:

Activelyfollow through on potential customers based on their specificrequirements. Possess indepth product knowledge (and microinformation at project level) and communicates the same effectivelytoprospects.

Incollaboration with the Team Lead meet with prospects organize andconduct site visits and strive to establish a strong clientrelationship with an aim to convert from proposal to definitestatus

Play akey role during various stages of customer engagement till deliveryand provide support for queryresolution


IndustryAwareness:

Keepabreast with relevant competitor details including price movementsconstruction activity key trends and marketdynamics

Networkeffectively with peer teams and industry contacts to stay updatedon key trends developments market dynamics and potential businessopportunities. Liaison with various departments to get deeperproductknowledge.


TeamCollaboration:

Supportpeer teams for effective deal closure ensuring required documents(legal agreements billing credit etc.) are in place and monitoringcollections for designatedaccount.
